Making A Purchase 
Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart ( if there is no add to cart the item may be out of stock). After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept telephone orders.

We only ship within the United Kingdom.
We accept Credit & Debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship unless it is a special/ personalised item which is charged when ordered. 

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. 01705 512799

When you receive confirmation of the order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when we ship the items , and hence a contract between us,. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Trade Descriptions Act
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions and photography are accurate but slight variations in size, design or colour may occur, particularly as many of our products are handmade. All sizes are approximate.

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We aim to send your order to you in 3 business days. 

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit . When signing for a delivery that is damaged or unchecked please state this next to your signiture so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted & sent directly to our PCI  payment processing partner . Your credit card details are not held or stored on our computers or website.

Checkout - After deciding on items to purchase, you are taken to a secure checkout page where your order can be reviewed and card details can be entered. At this stage the Web Site switches to a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) mode. SSL is a widely used encryption technology which means that the information passed back and forth between the checkout page and the server is encrypted thus helping to prevent the credit card information from being stolen. For customers a golden or green padlock symbol will appear on your browser to show that the page is secure.

All our toys comply with EC Toy Safety regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. Some items are not recommended for children under 3 as they contain small parts but many would be very suitable for a bright 2 year old.
Wherever possible we give age recommendations but please use them as a guide, not in place of your own judgement. Do phone us if you have any questions.

We do sel a number of collectors items that are not toys & not intended for children.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days ( excluding personalised/special order items as once ordered they can not be canceled or returned) for a full refund excluding the cost of P&P.

Do this by completing the form (link at the bottom of home page "returns"). We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 5 working days if not received please contact us by phone or resend your email. You must return goods within 2 calenda weeks of cancellation. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. 

Any goods returned should be in original packaging and in a saleable condition (if this is not the case a duduction may be made) and your refund will be paid as soon as possible within 30 days

These terms apply to your order online via this website only. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforce-ability of the remainder.
